How to highlight the area and paint it?

In the control panel in the upper left corner, select the area of ​​the area. After the tool is selected, click on the plus sign and click on the inscription of the created layer. Now you can distinguish countries on the map of the world.

Click on any state on the map of the world, this country will be painted in accordance with the settings of this layer. To change the design, click on the ** settings button ** and make your changes to the design of the selected layer.
