How to use a ruler?

Highlight the desired card in the list. Next, in the control panel in the upper left corner, select the line of the ruler.

After the tool is selected, click on the plus sign and click on the inscription of the created ruler. Now you can build ways on the map of the world.

Select several points on the world map and a line will be displayed in front of you along with the distance between points, measured in meters or kilometers, depending on the very distance between the point.
